Day 1
Thursday, September 8th
This afternoon, arrive in Gettysburg, PA, and check into the Gettysburg Hotel located in the heart of Gettysburg. Enjoy an evening welcome reception followed by dinner. Settle in for the night or explore the town.

Day 4
Sunday, September 11th
Enjoy breakfast this morning, then prepare for departure back home. Independently check out of the Gettysburg Hotel.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel this morning before departing for a day of sightseeing. Begin your day at the Gettysburg National Military Park Museum where you’ll gain an understanding of the implications of the Civil War and Gettysburg’s role in the war. Enjoy a brief lunch at the Battlegrounds Cafe and Grille before embarking on a guided tour of the battlegrounds. After the battlegrounds enjoy a tour of the Eisenhower National Historic Site then return to the hotel for a break before dinner. This evening we’ll be enjoying dinner at Garryowen Irish Pub. Followed by a private visit to the Shriver House Museum. The rest of the evening is at leisure.

Friday, September 9th

Saturday, September 10th
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel this morning. Begin your day by journeying into the past by visiting the Gettysburg Lincoln Railroad Station where U.S. history was made. Then take a short walk to the David Wills House where Abraham Lincoln spent the night adding the finishing touches to his inspirational address. Then head over to The Gettysburger Company for a quaint lunch before experiencing the Seminary Ridge Museum. After visiting the Seminary Ridge Museum enjoy the rest of the afternoon exploring the battlefields with our last stop at the Gettysburg National Cemetery. This evening we’ll be enjoying dinner at the Dobbin House followed by ice cream at Mr. G’s Ice Cream. The rest of the evening is at leisure.
